This person would really benefit from some practical help around the house including unscrewing jars, taking the bins out, watering the garden in the Summer, simple IT etc. The Helpful Housemate is also requested to keep their bedroom clean and tidy, and leave any communal areas such as the kitchen clean and tidy after use. There is a sweet and shy rescue cat.

The accommodation on offer is a bright double bedroom with its own shower room. The kitchen opens onto a lovely paved garden.

The property is conveniently located close to the shops and amenities of Chiswick High Road, just 10 minutes’ walk from the river and also a short walk to Chiswick House and Gardens. The area is well-service by public transport.

The person’s interests include painting, cooking, card games and light gardening. This would suit a warm, friendly, smiley and practical person who works during the working week, but has a little time to give the person in a mix of help and company.
